Be kinder to yourself
Don’t rush into anything
Love yourself first

Don't let anyone coerce you into doing things you aren't comfortable doing. Trust yourself and your instincts first and always.

To know before all things that happened past and future were truly teaching lessons, to not fear, or to hold resentment, but more to learn we all are on a road we don't know the next moment brings upon us. That grief is truly just a reflection of love. That a kernel of joy will not always last, take in the joy, ask nothing more of it. Acceptance, truly.
