Is Justin going to resign?

I'm reading different articles that the Canadian Prime Minister is on his way out... think it will happen?

He only announced that he would not be running again in the next Federal Election but will stay on as Prime Minister for the duration of his current term which ends in October of 2025, or until his successor is determined by vote, whichever comes first.
