I am the master of this. WHen I have a choice to make, I immediately start with the absolute worst result I can think of and work my way up to what happens if everything goes as planned. On one hand it can be stressful, on the other I feel prepared for any thing until the issue is resolved.

Ive been there and i tend to still do it at times due to my messed up brain!! 🤗
