Honesty is a virtuous pursuit.

I think the issues we experience in society are too complex and deep to be boiled down to the "virtous" behavior of individuals. It isn't that I don't think it's not important to to be "good", it just seems like an oversimplified response to the issues in the world.

I aspire to do good and be virtuous but when people begin to use me and take advantage of me I tend to not want to continue to be kind to them

What causes the social breakdown is people who take advantage of and use those who are good and virtuous

People seem to take advantage of virtuous people like honest , reliable , genuine , helpful , good hearted , People and I think we are getting sick of being used and abused

I’m honest but honesty and decency don’t necessarily coincide.

I personally beleive that the ideal world where we all are honest is not possible.

I am very honest and I live by that.
