I'm honest and of you ask for my honest answer or opinion, that's what you are going to get. Don't expect me to butter it up. It's not my fault that the truth hurts. I will not change for anyone. Don't like it, get out of my face!

While I see and agree with your stance on honesty, as beckyann points out, you can be honest without being an a'hole.

Example (wrong):
"Do these jeans make my butt look big?"
"No, that would be Ben & Jerry"

Example (right):
"Do these jeans make my butt look big?"
"They aren't the most flattering fit, no."
