Why Do People Say That?
Why is it when people say “and then” they say “and theein” so much? How hard is it to just say… and then? 🤔

@MsAnnThropy 🤔people use the english language to express themselves in different ways . i assume this must irritate you why so does it matter long as they express the point
@smiler2012 Because they’re not consistent. Which makes it seem phony. The person this post is about will say “and then” all normal like when she is talking to people that are not really friends. But when she is around friends she will say “and theein” which makes it seem phony or for show. It’s the same thing with accents. I had a buddy who had a new york accent for 30 years. But when he moved away, his accent suddenly disappeared immediately after a few months? So was it phony?
