Is there a point to trying to ask fun questions?

@HootyTheNightOwl I’m so glad he has you! I didn't know it was hard to find a groomer that didn’t mind you being there! Granted I have absolutely no experience with groomers as I have my dogs nails trimmed at their vet when we visit and they have very short fur, so its not an issue.

@nonsensiclesnail The one I used to use operated out of a salon that was little more than a private residence, so she preferred owners to wait outside.

I know of one other that has opened since then but their shop wasn't overly big from previous memories of it as a model shop, so I don't hold much hope there, either.

Of course, with STBX and I living in different towns now, I could try his town to see what that dog groomer is like - but I'm still working on keeping Albie's trust and him not attacking people. He's not out of the woods on that yet and I had to grab him before he could launch himself at Curtain Guy's face last night. That was after a day out and a walk long enough that he spent 2 hours on the bus home asleep in my coat to keep dry.

All Curtain Guy was doing was finding a set of two keys for one of my lock boxes that I keep some coins for my coin collection in. I had dropped them on the floor and couldn't search for them by myself without hurting my back. Albie was in my lap at the time.
