A general question about responses on here.

I have noticed some post responses are nothing more than the word - Word.
I have even had two of my posts answered with this response. I never responded to that response, just shook my head, huh?
What does it mean when a response is no more than the word - Word?

It means they agree with your statement. Its most commonly used by the black community in their interpersonal communications. Where we might say “ Absolutely”!” true”, or” I agree”, they say “ Word “ .
