My area says

"Yousss guys"

A lot...

And most things don't annoy me, but for some reason that just sounds like nails on a chalkboard to me.

@sstronaut do you ever wonder why wait staff refer to is as you guys?

@samueltyler2 I have, but I assume it was for convenience, short, simply and don't have to remember names.
