About three months.
After the upset with BREXIT and slowdown of shop bought supplies; three years of covid restrictions and shortages due to poor harvests due to flooding in some places, I now grow a lot of fruit and vegetables; buy meat locally and in bulk; always have a stock of pulses; rice; polenta etc. So at least three months of sustainable supplies
