I agree. The safe person in a room is rarely the loudest or strongest... it’s the one who can hear the truth about themselves and stay standing.

I agree. I try to stay in check when I'm being confronted too. I want to respect people's truth and be a safe place for them, if nothing else.

Yeah and like you don't have to walk on eggshells around them worried something you say will set them off...I think we can all get a little defensive but some people have zero introspection and take everything as some personal attack.

Not sure I agree. But maybe I’m not sure what you are talking about. If a person is very friendly. There could be intentions as to why. And those intentions may not be good.
