I don't get my food tonight 🙁

I had stuff to do after I got off work & Naya's mom took an extra shift that's gonna be overnight. So we met up & got chicken sandwiches before I got home to take care of Naya & her mama leaves to work.

I've been out all day & I'm hungry 😭 the food sounded & smelled so good. Then we get home & it turns out they completely forgot one of our meals. I let Naya's mama have the food & she offered to share but I refused because she's working an extra shift & I know she needs to eat. I can make something else if I want but she can't. But now I'm low-key sad because I get no chicken sandwich 😔 which is okay, it just sucks when you thought you were about to eat & you could smell it & everything. I could have something delivered but I'm not going to because I already spent money & I don't wanna buy another meal PLUS pay for delivery & a tip. Sad time

Oh yeah, it can be aggravating when fast food places mess up.

We must alwys double check before leaving the drive through window. Those places are staffed by people who have to take off their shoes just to be able to count to 20. The men have to drop their drawers to count to 21.

It has happened to me several times in the past and now my "takeaway" is to inventory the bag before leaving the place.....

Why don’t you do grocery you can buy bread and rest of what you would like to eat, ready made, and microwave it or air fry it that’s what I do

@Monalisasmith86 I have all that stuff already & I can do that lol that's not the issue. I'm just sad that I didn't get to eat my crispy chicken sandwich because I really wanted it 😢

@AbsolutelyFabulous yeah it really ruins your night. We would've just gone back to get the food if Naya's mom didn't have to go to work 😔 it's about to be 11pm & I still haven't ate. Idk what I want anymore plus I'm tired & being lazy now

@ChiefJustWalks my older one, when he started eating it had to be off my fork and plate despite him having the exact same thing on his plate. Ex wouldn't eat anyone else's food I'm like "I'm not starving with a full untouched portion right there"
