Apparently I've lost 15lbs & I didn't even notice... or want to 😶

What's my secret? I have no idea 🤷 my kid's mom commented on how I look thinner so I stepped on a scale & yup.. I'm thinner. I've been the same weight forever so I have no idea where that 15lbs went
