Just standing here watching my apartment flood right now

I guess my neighbor on the 3rd floor broke a pipe under his bathroom sink. Now water is pouring into my apartment from every vent & crevice. We're all out of towels & dirty laundry to soak it all up so nothing left to do but sit here watching it fill up 🤦

Something happened w/my upstairs neighbor years ago and we ended up with a bubble that covered about 60% of the ceiling. it got bigger and bigger until it burst everywhere. What a disaster. Upstairs in condos around 10 to have a lot of issues like that. I don’t know if it’s just all condos everywhere.

I hope your stuff isn’t getting damaged.

@MellyMel22 damn that sounds like a big bubble 😶 I would've been worrying about that as soon as it developed 😅 I remember at my dad's there was a leak in the attic that we never knew about. Apparently the last owners put a bucket under it & left it alone. So years later when that bucket filled up, it started overflowing then one morning it just fell through the ceiling like BOOM

@ChiefJustWalks I sooo was worrying about that. But my kids’ dad said that we couldn’t touch it so new don’t get blamed for making it worse. If it ever pops up on a fb memory, I’ll share it. I know I posted it, but I don’t think I did when it got bigger.
