When someone at work is moving on and you all pretend that you care

When I was in management and someone would call and say an employee I hated had applied for a job with them I would go on and on about what a great employee they were and a hard worker and how I hated to lose them and the whole time I'm thinking, "Please hire them! I never want to see them again!"
