No matter how much progress I have made or how much medication I take

I'm always going to be prone to those moments of wanting to violently smash my own skull in. They may only come once a year, or less, but the undercurrent is always there and has been since my age was in single figures.

This morning I feel drained, slightly nauseous and a tad depressed. I also have a lump and a bruise. Thank you for your attention to this matter 👏

Also hi, I'm new 👋

Hey newbie, give yourself a pat on the back for not caving your own head in.
The urge may never go away completely but by resisting that urge you're winning.

I’m sorry you’ve felt that way, and for so long. 🤗
Sometimes the knowledgement is the best we can do to move on. It's there, but life goes on. Glad you havent caved your skull in

Do you ever wanna talk about it?

That’s a horrible feeling. I’m sorry you have to deal with it at all.

Sigh... I thought you were going to post about tiddies again, like you regularly do 😔😔😒😒

🤗🤗
I have a better idea... find whoever it is that keeps waking me up at the 9am hour - and make them regret their decision instead.

They're so chicken that they keep calling on a private number so I can't identify who it is.
