To have any chance of getting one, but they randomly change the phone options so you end up stuck down a dead end and have to ring again, by which time the queue is full 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Of course, you could take the time to listen to the options first but that means you'll end up no.46 in the queue and all the appointments will be gone anyway.
