I Am Me

Sooo yeah! I'm new to Similar Worlds and by that I mean I have never heard of this site until today! I made myself an account because it looked interesting and I like how open and free this site can be. I am only making this post because I feel everyone who comes to my profile to read this and my future stories should know the basics of what makes ME, me! So to start off my name is Julia and yes my last name does start with a C but I won't tell anybody that since I don't release private info online. Plus I can't think of a good username as of right now so I just put JuliaC as a placeholder for now. I am 16 and currently a junior in high school. I live with my Mom and Dad in a town in Westchester county, New York but I was born in Long Island. I am also an only child. My Mom is Canadian having been born and raised in Quebec and my Dad is Algerian having been and raised in Algeria. Many people who I have told this too ask me stuff like "how is that" or "how did they meet". Well long story short (which I can tell in full in a private message for those who want to know), my parents initially met in 1993 on a flight that was going from Paris to Montreal since my Mom's family was going home from vacation. My Dad was on the flight since the plane was going to stop in New York to refuel, where he planned to start a new life after leaving Algeria by plane due to a civil war that was going on at the time. My parents sat next to each other on the flight and connected instantly. If you want to know the rest pm me. My Dad converted to Catholicism from Islam after marrying my Catholic Mom and so I have been raised a Catholic all my life though I consider myself a Christian who believes and follows the teachings of Jesus Christ and not the views or guidelines of any one Christian religion as Jesus didn't form the Catholic Church or any other religion, man did. I am straight for those who are wondering and I am single though I have had boyfriends in the past just not at this moment. I do cheerleading and play lacrosse for my high school. With that said I do like to watch sports and I am a fan of the New York Giants, Mets, Islanders, and Brooklyn Nets (all lot of heartbreak for all but one of these teams but I'm still loyal). I'm also a Paris Saint-Germain fan since it was in Paris that my parents met. I am a very nice person who anybody can get along with and I will say that I'm not as innocent as many think I am. Also I will NOT send any type of nudes on this site because I'm only 17 and I don't want something like that floating around on the internet where future colleges and employers might find and see it. That doesn't mean I won't share photos or create albums, it just means don't even bother asking for or send nudes to me. SO, aside from that pm me when you want as I will try to talk to everyone I can! And as a final note I hope I have a great time on here and meet new people on this site! So talk to me! I don't bite!
