Many people spend close to half their take home pay on rent .
@AthrillatheHunt privatized housing costs more, just like privatized medicine. As the two parties in Washington have made clear - anything that reduces the demand for jobs, more jobs and more hours on the job is off the table.
We can't rest ever because weu're not socialist.

@AthrillatheHunt Finical planners say that your housing costs should not be more than 30 percent of your gross monthly income.
@chrisCA privatized housing certainly costs a lot. And because we allowed it landlords, parasites on society, oppress the population and mega landlords get rich while creating homelessness.
Privatized housing costs way more than housing ourselves would.
