An acquaintance once came by for a visit and brought along her cousin, who was visiting her. I was sitting with my bare feet resting on an ottoman, and I realized her cousin was taking pictures of my feet with his phone in his coat sleeve. 😳
I asked him what he was doing, and the woman snatched his phone, deleted the pictures and dragged him out of there.
She was embarrassed and couldn’t stop apologizing.

@deadgerbil She & I spoke, but I got the impression she was estranged from him for quite awhile. He went back to his home in another state.

@softie All interactions with him were weird, he attempted to talk to me couple of times in situations when it was simply weird, once I got the impression he followed me to one place while pretending to talk on the phone with someone I know...I used to look past that until my friends who knew him better told me more details about some of his life choices and macabre preferences and lastly, one of his works was allegedly pure evil. I haven't seen that but one of my friends told me that when he saw it he started to be a bit afraid of him. He said it half jokingly but I don't know. I assume there was a lot of sadism in it.
That being said, I have no idea if he's dangerous in any real way or just a harmless creep but he definitely doesn't have a sense of natural social interactions and has some questionable interests. I regret I haven't seen his work though.

No but anytime I see those "photographers" or "artists" who take photos and videos of strangers in public and use them without the people knowing I get so annoyed. Especially if they earn from it. Privacy should be more respected.
