Humans. Don't need no devil when humans are worse. Lake of fire is nothing compared to the soul destroying atrocities that humans can conceive of.

Money, greed, power, corruption, sloth, gluttony, lust. You get the idea.

Probably Putin and Trump are responsible for at least 12-22% of it. Rest is just in general greedy people, wacky ideologies and power mongering.
