My good deed for today...

I donated blood for the first time! Although I was really nervous about the size of the needle, the staff was really good and everything went well. I hope it helps someone.

You have to wait at least 56 days before donating again, so I'll go back in 3 months 🤭.

I did my first a couple of months back. I'm not sure where your from but here in The UK they send you a text to tell you where it's gone.
