I donated blood for the first time! Although I was really nervous about the size of the needle, the staff was really good and everything went well. I hope it helps someone. You have to wait at least 56 days before donating again, so I'll go back...

Wow. That's great.👍 Someone will be happy and grateful on the receiving side. And I always thought women would never be capable of donating blood bcoz of menstruation.
