I volunteered for a community event through my job

They actually forced me to go and I was paid so... not really volunteering 😆 It was so disorganized, terrible communication, and I had to fix a lot of people's mistakes. Which annoyed me bc I was expecting to enjoy the ambiance and kind of flutter around like I always do lol. Besides that, it was soooo fun 🩷 . It was a nice to be around happy people and good energy for a change!

This gives me major flashbacks to my days at my previous job. I used to get forced to go to these events for obvious medical safety reasons. Glad the happy energy made it worth it in the end. 🙂

I remember taking a job at a local venue for plays, concerts, and other types of performances.

At the time I thought it would be cool getting to see some acts for free and get paid.

While I did see some things it certainly wasn’t what I expected. They kept me far too busy to enjoy most of it.

It was okay for a while but the pay was lousy.

I’m glad you had some fun and found some good vibes.
