A very tall man helped me reach something at the grocery store

I didn't want to ask. He offered bc I was looking around short and pathetic. I actually needed 4 more items from the top shelf but another freakishly tall man walked over and said, "theyre putting you to work over here too? " Then they both started cackling and talking amongst themselves. I said, "...I actually need four" but I guess he didn't hear me up there! I had to walk away without the rest of my stuff🫩. I will add this to the reason why I prefer to order my groceries.
