I had a dream I missed my cruise ship by seconds and stepped right into the ocean

The person I was with kept pulling me under the water even tho I was trying to help them. Ultimately my arms grew tired and we both sank to our deaths. I just woke up 🥱.

That's the kind of "nightmare" I experience as well.

Rarely ever I'm scared in them, but very anxious, to the point of waking up.
