The difference between regular loneliness and regular depression and depression as a disorder is that regular feeling is based on some type of event happening in your life and
I believe depression that is hard wired into your brain is a bit different.
Many people don't reach out to get help from other people ,because they get their feelings dismissed or somebody wants to try to fix them.
People do not really want to hear a true depressant's thoughts.
Even though these feelings are real and is truly how a person may feel they make people afraid and a lot of people can't handle it.
I don't know how many people have told me "oh you don't really feel that way "...well, yes, I really do.
For making them known I have been de-christianized, told the obligatory _ "get some help", or like I said above "you don't really feel that way"
I would like to be able to express how I feel without feeling like a leper when doing so.
So ,I isolate on my own misery until it's over.
I'm not sure it's really fair to trauma dump on other people who don't understand anyway.
And here I'm not talking about a loss that have happened that people have in common.
I'm talking about a person whose brain is hardwired towards depression.
I think, in that case ,you need somebody who understands that condition.
Because, it's not the same as just being lonely or just being depressed because something bad happened.
