Truama responces

My first reaction to being bossed about is anger and then flight.
It doesn't matter the subject, or whether there is truth in it, I run away from scolding and lectures.
That might be childish, but I have had a traumatic upbringing, and it is always the first response.
Later, I will think about what was being said and adapt to what is true, but I am still not entirely happy with being scolded about it.
I think there are better ways to talk to someone, personally.
