Do over friendly outgoing talkative or popular people annoy you?

Generally, not if they’re also kind. I’m still rather introverted, and occasionally I need to withdraw from social situations with large crowds and talkative people because it can be overwhelming, but I recognize that as my issue rather than theirs. 🙂
