@sunriselover And those who live with abuse, who have been so cut off from the world (potentially for decades) that they have no one to countersign for photo ID - so, they need to find a way to get the full birth certificate of both their parents... which adds an extra £35 to a passport/driving licence application.
Yeah, no financial abuser will agree to that when they choose not to vote themselves.
