How do you feel about the "Chicken Littles"…

who are constantly warning that "the sky is falling" ? Do you find this helpful or useful ? Is there anything about your life that you have actively changed because of such warnings from others ?

I really get down and frustrated from such talk. I only know one person in my life that's gone on and on about that. It's negative talk, in my opinion. I couldn't have a conversation with him though.

I would say to him, "Why don't you think it has already ended?"

I don't need extra stuff to bring me down. If you've had sickness in your family, if you've had anything tumultuous in your family, what makes you think your definition of "the end" is worse than mine?

It would be one thing if such people actually believed in a higher power. What I've seen with said person is someone who is scared and trying to scare me. If you believe in a higher power, then believe in it... I hope it's a good, peaceful higher power that brings you peace instead of instilling fear in me.

I have enough fear and warning of death. It happens everyday.

So, why is your fear supposed to supercede my own?

I rather focus on something else... and practice better health and being close to my family.

"THE END IS NEAR!!!! WE'RE ALL GOING TO DIE!!!"

I think it's sad people are getting hurt every single day SO MUCH including what is going on... you know where.

But, I've been hearing the end is near for quite sometime (only from a friend I used to speak with). It doesn't end... this is life.

Just try your best to be a better person so you can appreciate life.

Hearing the end is near only upsets me.
@perceptivei Absolutely.
