Is it easier to be thick or thickheaded?

For most of my life, "to be thick" has [i]meant[/i] "to be thickheaded."

It took me awhile to figure out how some people online use the term differently nowadays.

Both fit liberals except for the drug users of which there are many liberal drug users and they are near death skinny.
