When you have to bring two person

I am quite an easy going person. I always keep the relationship above the argument,my or other person's view.

The problem comes when I have to bring two people, who are not that easy going, together. I try my best to do that, and I have found that is very important to be easy going. It does not mean to accept abusive behaviour. But mostly I found that people think too much emotionally. I think it is more important to be flexible and keep relationship on top priority.
