You don't have to block, you can also ignore.

Probably someone who had you blocked and now coming back on a new account, or someone gossiping with someone who’s talking badly about you. It’s all seen before when I had VIP. I can currently say that two people I blocked back within the last half year have left and deleted their accounts. I suspect to see them around at some time in the future doing exactly the same kind of s***.
