@DeWayfarer Well I have 25 times as many views and 7 times as many followers. But most of those people don't actually interact with me and most of those who do only react rather than comment so I'm not sure that the numbers mean all that much.

@ninalanyon The profile views do matter to the algorithm. It sorts your feeds by that profile views.

@ninalanyon Also I take great pain to go to the forums to interact with others outside of my friends/followers list.

@DeWayfarer I suppose it depends on what you use SW for. I use it as a kind of public diary so I don't worry too much about how many views and reactions I get, as long as I get a few. I'd much rather have the occasional long comment from a regular commenter than lots silent reactions. Happy to have both of course.

@DeWayfarer I hardly ever look at the forums. I just take a look at the Home, Friends, Top, and New occasionally. That often takes me to posts I would otherwise not think of visiting.

@ninalanyon I involve myself in the politics and news forums frequently. I may not respond to the Trump supporters. Yet I do see what they are up to.
