There are a number of ways they could have gotten your number. All they need is to know your name and where you live (broad area is sufficient) and they can look you up on the Internet.

@Lilymoon Try it - just google your name and the area (province) you live in. You'll see how many services you can use and the information they can provide on you.

I find it creepy when random companies send birthday wishes. Also, they really shouldn't be publishing that information makes it too easy for hackers.
