@Ferise1 no i just set the intention to remember my dreams to stimulate thier occurance. Every now and then i realize im dreaming while in the dream and can kind of control it. I write down my adventures as soon as i wake up.

@Ferise1 iv been through alot of trauma in my life, the meaning behind them is sometimes obvious.
Other times its just exploring or like living in a movie.
