Anyone else cry into their pillow so nobody else can hear??

I am right now. Can’t remember the last time I had to do this but I’m sure that it’s not the first and it probably won’t be the last. I feel like I’ve been falling for a while now but it’s just getting worse not better. I’m not even sure what’s upsetting me anymore it’s just not clear. Nor can I see a way to stop and pull myself out of my bottomless pit 😔.

@SW-User Thank you 🙏. It’s been hard lately now that I know I’ve broken my fusion surgery and I’m just waiting for my next appointment to learn the plan for the next surgery which I don’t want but I can’t keep going in the pain I’m always in now. And I don’t want to know if I have psoriatic arthritis but it’s most likely that I have it. I just feel like I’m in a downward spiral that never ends.
