Do you feel worse when someone gives you advice you didn’t ask for?

Can I just fkn cry? Can I just feel my feelings without being given shit to feel insufficient about??

If it is a friend with good advice I listen.It's different to someone that offers you unwanted advice without asking.Telling them which hole they can shove it in or telling them to keep their stinking hole shut could be the way to go.
