Do you feel worse when someone gives you advice you didn’t ask for?

@kodiac I know people try, but it’s usually better to listen than to talk or give advice. I think every therapist, counselor or friend I’ve ever had always talked way more than they ever listened and that’s why I endlessly feel alone and choking on my feelings. I don’t know if they care or not, I can’t tell anymore.
