Not in Germany. Allegedly they only suck out middle class. It wouldn't surprise me if it wasn't any different in the USA.

@Longpatrol Here in america we keep hearing about "tax breaks" for the rich. I think, how does someone get a "break" on something they do not even pay? Does the govt give THEM money?
Oh wait yeah they do. it is called "bail outs".

@CrazyMusicLover Mostly the same. I suppose one could look this up for the US about what rich pay but figures are probably conflicting. Lower class can't really afford to pay much so yeah, middle class screwed.
