I dont even get excited anymore
I have been shunted so many times when something excited happens that i dont even get excited anymore. Does anyone else have this?

This was me for the entirety of my teenage years; but at some point you need to realise that forcing yourself to be excited in daily life will help you manifest in the future

yes, but i'm not sure why i'm this way.
I dont get scared when something sudden happens, like almost getting hit by a car for instance. I also don't get excited about anything.
But, something in me does...such as when I was surprised with a European trip for my anniversary. I had no real emotion but tears ran down my cheeks. But I didn't feel the emotions.
I think im just broken.

@Nowuseemenowudont it's not even that, actually. I think just a happy drunk? I dont need to be drunk, jsut tipsy. Im not a fan of being drunk. It's not the same, but it fells nice to feel for a little bit.

@Nowuseemenowudont Drinking? Hmmm... I'm not sure. It makes me sleepy as hell, but sad... maybe on a rare occasion.
If I'm depressed to begin with, I can't tolerate stupid things. Im all about silly and stupid, but not jackassery stupid. I lose my patience. I try to keep it to myself still, because just because someone made me mad doesn't mean I need to share that fact with them. I know it will pass. But occasionally, I just cant keep it bottled up.
So, I know when I'm stuck in that dark pit of despair, I don't drink...often. My liquor cabinet misses me.

Get emotionally crushed on your excitement enough and thats what happens. My issue is all the people who dont get it try to push their excitement onto you.....really just annoys me and makes me like things even less.

@Nowuseemenowudont i dont mask anymore....i have gotten brutally honest and told them off....it works most of the time except for those really die hard heal the wounded animal people
