I had COVID recently. Had to run down stairs to use the bathroom with diarrhea running down my leg, leaving a trail of shit across the kitchen floor into the bathroom. I called myself disgusting and several other choice words as I cleaned up after myself

I don't insult myself at all - if i did id have my mind sorted out -
A lot of resentment at times -
A lot of Self loathing at times -
The hardest one i think is Letting go , especially in the mind , but it get easy if your used to it

Ugh!! What the effing EFF?!
(I caught an unprepared, half asleep glimpse of my 6 month long-haired, 2 month-unshaven self in the bathroom mirror in the middle of the night).

Probably about my appearance or something stupid I did like losing keys etc.
