The hardest one i think is Letting go , especially in the mind , but it get easy if your used to it

I had COVID recently. Had to run down stairs to use the bathroom with diarrhea running down my leg, leaving a trail of shit across the kitchen floor into the bathroom. I called myself disgusting and several other choice words as I cleaned up after myself
