What brings out your dark side?

We all struggle with this. What triggers it for you?

Having a 27-year long career in the Army and PTSD from childhood violence through my military career (Including war), it all depends upon what triggers my PTSD that sets off my dark side. So, it is things, events, or people that trigger my PTSD.

@Neman1622 God Bless him. I read your post about spreading his ashes, and that was beautiful to have done at the lake. The ash you breather in will stay in your lungs until you pass away so you literally will have your father with you the rest of your life beside DNA and memories.

My son followed me into the Army and committed suicide at age 21 at the end of his service time and requested in his death letter to be cremated and spread on a hill somewhere. I told my daughter and ex-wife that will be honored and maybe my daughter could spread us together upon the same hill when I die too. So, I totally get your spreading of your father's ashes.
