Are you afraid of the dark?

I'm not. I've seen what's in the dark, and know that if it wanted/could kill me, I wouldn't be able to stop it.

There are far worse things than death. At least death is something we all face, and thus, just part of our process. I was watching this true crime series on these people, one of which was held captive for 14 years, by this cannibalistic sadistic mass murderer. The stench of rotting meat was pungent when the authorities were summoned to this farm. One of the captives died immediately after being freed, because he was so malnourished. The man who was held for 14 years, couldn't even remember his own name.
If anything, the darkness is likely afraid of us.
