Does anyone else notice it almost seems like day light in the middle of the night?

Iv noticed a few times this winter that its really bright outside at night sometimes?

Mount reflects off the clouds which are genealogy lower in winter. The byproduct of light pollution. Less humidity allows light to travel further.
