Prenup question

Just curious. Prenups are usually just focused on property but could there be a claus that states,

"If, physical intimacy is avoided by one partner to the mental anguish of the other for nonmedical, geographical location, or other defendable reasons in excess of six months, the marriage may be annulled unless an alternative solution is mutually agreed upon in writing."?

This seems to be a common issue on here and perhaps this is the solution

You can do that but it wouldn't be called a prenup. Its just a marital agreement i read where a couple had one about cheating and flirting.
