No but I'm getting a little pissed for having to keep asking for more hours & being kept on stand by.

@Tumbleweed Usually if someone actually wants more hours, employers jump!
Ya know cause of the constant call-offs.

Any place I been, they will claim they are cutting hours but in the same breath, ask who wants to stay over.

"No, we cannot afford to give more hours... Oh wait, five people just called off, can you work....?"

For a boss to pretend he doesn't want people to work more is as s*lly as when a man pretends like he would turn down a piece of 4ss, it just doesn't happen.

@HoeBag Exactly. When he hired me, he asked me how many hours do I want & I said at least 30 because I still have another client. He gives me 14 hours. Then recently I told him again, I have 16 more hours that I'm open, can you give me those, still nothing, then I applied for the overnight shift 8p-8a and STILL haven't heard a word. Why advertise when there are people already on the payroll willing to do it???
