Reindeer food
I remember in 1st grade the teacher sending us home with a christmas book and this bag of reindeer food. It was oats and stuff but I remember oats. I remember being super excited and sprinkled it out on the front porch before santa was due to arrive. Cnristmas morning rolled around and I checked the porch to see if the reindeer ate the food. It was gone and I remember being super jazzed about it. Thinking as an adult I bet my mom swept it off the porch to make it look like they came.
Come to think about it I was really annoying and easily excitable over little things in those days. I remember getting "2000" glasses in school to wear for the big new millennium. I thought I was the coolest kid in town with those. 10 year old me wore them around the house a ton even after the ball dropped.
I was also really serious about the animaniacs and the land before time. My grandma bought me all the plushies for the animaniacs and I just had to have them on the couch with me when that came on. I had figurines for the land before time and I had to do the same thing.
